Cole Chamberlain, Mechanical Engineer & Dental Lab Innovator
Cole brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience designing and developing critical medical equipment (& consumer products), coupled with a deep understanding of dental practice operations. As a mechanical engineer and product strategist, he’s spent his career building solutions where precision, reliability, and speed are non-negotiable.
After seeing how many dental practices struggle with lab turnaround, quality consistency, and managing overhead, Cole launched PULSEops Embedded Lab Growth Partners. His mission: give dentists the in-house speed and precision of a fully staffed lab — without the cost or hassle — so they can focus on patient care and practice growth.
